I’m Seema Nair,

I work in AI, currently as a Solution Architect, spending most of my time with Azure OpenAI, GPT-RAG, Copilot Studio, and agentic workflows. Twenty years in enterprise tech have taught me that the interesting problems are rarely the ones on the surface. They’re underneath, in the structure nobody wrote down — and that’s the part I actually enjoy.

I’m based in Bengaluru now, which suits the pace of the work I do. But the rest of my attention doesn’t stay in tech. I garden, which is mostly an exercise in patience and reading conditions you didn’t set. I photograph things that would otherwise go unnoticed. I have a house full of pets who have never once cared about any of this, which is its own kind of lesson.

This site is where those threads meet, technical writing sitting next to reflections that have nothing to do with code, because in my experience, they’re rarely as separate as they look.
